Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Frieg Fitness collects when you use friegfitness.com, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read rather than to be impressive.

Who is responsible

Frieg Fitness: Alex Frieg, Colorado Springs, Colorado. You can reach me at alex@friegfitness.com or 719-659-5138.

What we collect

• When you request a free guide: your first name and email address, plus which guide you asked for.
• When you use the contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the goal you selected, and anything you write in the message.
• Automatically: standard server logs and aggregate, privacy-preserving page analytics. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party profiling cookies.

Why we collect it

• To send you the guide you asked for.
• To send occasional training and nutrition emails. You can unsubscribe from any of them, and the link is in every message.
• To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to coach you.
• To understand which pages and guides are useful.

We record which guide you downloaded so the emails you get are relevant to what you were interested in. That is the whole extent of the profiling.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of processors to run the site:

• Netlify: website hosting and form handling.
• Brevo: email list management and sending.

Each holds your data only to provide that service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Email subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Contact form submissions are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation, and no longer than three years after our last contact.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it.
• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.

Email alex@friegfitness.com and we will action it. There is no form to fill in.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Coaching for minors is arranged through a parent or guardian.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
